Excel Chapter 3
One thing that I learned in Excel is how to change the colors of the sections in a chart. I also learned how to format the different cells. Another thing I learned was use more formulas. The most difficult part of Excel for me was using formulas instead of typing the product in. This was difficult for me because I could never remember how the formula started. Right now there is nothing else that I would like to learn about Excel because I think that we covered the basics.

End of Nine Weeks
The different things I've learned in BCA are how to make charts, graphs, and diagrams in Excel. I have also learned how to make a work cited page through Word. One activity that I would like to do with this class is take trip to Applebees, and then make a chart about the different types of food there.

Excel Chapter 2
The new skills that I learned in Chapter 2 of excel were how to put formulas into the tables and copy them throughout the whole table. This is so much easy than doing the formula on a separate sheet of paper for every cell. I also learned how to change the theme of the document. The subject I choose for my PCA flier was Child Poverty because I have done this before and I have knowledge of it.

Excel
Excel is used for businesses when they do quarter sales or need charts etc. Three skills I learned this week in Excel are how to put charts in, how to use Auto Calculate, and how to use the Accounting Number Format. I think that I will be able to use Excel in the future because I am going into Sports Management and I can use it for different things.

Resume
It is important to know how to do a resume and letter of application because later on down the road when you are applying for a job, you need to know how to do them. Every job requires a resume, and sometimes people don't know how to make one. My three references are Karen White, Pam Morgan, and Denise Stalnaker. Karen White was my fourth grade teacher and is now a family friend. Pam Morgan is who I currently work under. Denise Stalnaker is my teacher at the Technical Center and has been for two years. I think that each of these references will say good things about me. I have always been a good student, and I work well at my job.

What I Learned This Week
This week in BCA I learned many things. I learned how Word can type your Works Cited page for you. I wish that I would have known this last year when I was writing my term paper. It would have been a lot easier. I also learned how to insert a page break so that you can go straight to the new page.
